HOW TO CHOOSE A PRODUCT(S)?  HOW TO PAY?
HOW TO RECEIVE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION AND LINK(S) FOR DOWNLOAD?

Downloads! - It is very simple and quickly!

• Please, sign on;
• we advise to create the Account. - You will be see full history of your purchases;
• choose a product;
• add a product(s) in a basket;
• open your shopping cart and follow by the specified commands;
• pay a product on Secure Payment Page ChronoPay or ROBOXchange (ROBOKASSA)
• you can download a file(s) right after your payment. (It will occupy a few minutes); 
• you download a file(s) without problems.

P.S. If you not signed on at once, you will receive the offer to sign on ahead of payment of products.

Listen to tracks. Put in a basket products which you wish to buy. (Download)
You have made your choice. Your products are in a basket.
Press on the right “My chopping cart”.
You will see all list of the chosen products.
You will see cost of each product and a total sum.
Use the function "Recalculate".
In a basket there is a function for listening МР3 tracks chosen by you!
You can remove any product, having pressed on a white cross in a red circle.
You can leave a basket to add a new product.
How to leave a basket? – Press the big white cross in the right top corner.
You can remove all products from a basket, having pressed “Clear my cart”.
When you will generate the set of products, press “Checkout”.

The Registration Page will open.
(If you have already own Account you will need to enter Login and Password, having pressed "Login").
P.S. – for those who has own Account. -
You can come into the Account from the Main Panel and own the full information on your orders and purchases!
At Registration the points noted by red should be filled.
Write correctly your email!
We’ll send you the Information on your Order and the Link(s) for File Downloading by this email.
In the end of Registration you can create the Account, having put a tick before the text:
“I would like to register permanent account in Askura Music Shop so I will not have to re-enter info during future purchases”.
Type the numbers you see in the picture below and press “Continue”!

For example, the Page "Confirmation" will open.
On this page you will see the name of products, their quantity and a total sum which should be paid.
Press “Place order!” to pass to Payment Page of Payment System which you have chosen earlier.

The intermediate Page - «Thanks for your choice» will open.

P.S.
At this time, before your payment, we send you the important information.
In the letter you will see the link(s) for downloads, but to download a file(s) you can only after payment.
Olso, you will see all data about your order (ID number, date, time, the product(s) name, the price, etc.

And so, we pass to the closing stage: product payment.
Press the button “Pay”.

The Payment Page will open - (This information is intended for the ChronoPay Payment Page).
In the bottom of Page you will see the advanced International technology of Protection for realization of full Safety of your Electronic Payment. 
In the top part of Page you will see the list of your products and a total sum for payment.
See at the left the form for filling of your personal data.
Enter your name and billing address (*as it appears on Your card and Your card statement).
The points noted by red should be filled.  
Fill the form, which at the left. Write your name with roman letters!!!      
Prompts are noted by dark blue color.

First name^*: FRANK Last Name^*: GIBSON (Write by capital letters, how is written on your card).

Address^*: (Your postal address).

City^*:

Country^*: Choose your country from the list of the countries.

State^*: If you are not the citizen of the U.S. or Canada, should be so: “Outside U.S./Canada”

ZIP (Postal code)^*: Specify your postal index (for example: 105867).

Tel. Number (with country and area code): Do not fill this point.

Email^*: Your email.

Filling of data of your card. This form is placed on the right. 
The points noted by red should be filled.
You see types of cards with which you can pay for your order.
How to fill:

Card type^*: Choose from the list of cards your payment card.

Card number^*: Enter the number of your card.  

Expiration date^*: Choose month and year of the termination of period of validity of your card.

CVC2/CVV2^*: Enter a confidential code from three figures. It is written on the reverse card side.

Bank name^*: The name of your bank. (Roman letters).

Customer service number: Do not fill this point.

When you filled both forms, attentively check up all, please, that there were no errors.
ОК! Press confidently the button “Pay now!”
There will be a text: “The transaction was successful”.

After that you can download  files  which we sent to you.
Press the link in the letter and will appear a window. Press to "Save".
Choose a place on a disk for file storing. 
If a file of the big size in format RAR (for example: an album - 15 songs).
Unpack RAR and you receive a folder of an album with all MP3 tracks (songs).
You can put them in MP3 Player, in a mobile phone, create CD or to listen to music of the house from the computer, using acoustic system.

Also, after payment you receive the Operational receipt on an effected payment from CHRONOPAY.COM TRANSACTION RECEIPT or from other Payment System where your payment has been carried.  
In this receipt there will be detailed information on your payment; instructions if you have any questions; useful references; office phone numbers; US toll-free number and a lot of other helpful information.
