When to be registered?

• Having registered in our shop, you can make purchases much faster and more conveniently. Besides, you can watch performance of orders and to see history of your orders.

• Or Your Registration is required, when you will press the button «Checkout». If you are our constant client, enter your Login and Password for an entrance. If you here are for the first time and you wish to do the purchase, you need to be registered.  Without your authorization to carry out a purchase is impossible

I can’t listen to tracks.

• If the listening does not work and if under МР3 tracks you do not see the Player - Button for the listening to tracks  – set on your computer Adobe Flash Player .The player can be downloaded or set directly from original site Adobe Flash Player (Free Service)

How to choose the Product? How to buy? Unique Properties are available in your Basket. (Novelty!)

• It not necessarily to be registered for being able to add new МР3 compositions. You can safely add those Products which you wish to get in a basket. You can listen to each track on album page before adding it in your basket.

My basket!

• Come in to «My Basket». There you will see all products which you have chosen: cost of each product separately; you can check the total sum of your purchase, if to press "Recalculate" button; quantity of products and their name; you can remove from a basket a product(s) which you decided not to get (to press a white dagger in a red circle opposite to a deleted product; You can clear the basket - to remove all goods by one pressing on “to clear my card”.
  

• In your basket unique possibility to check up correctness of the choice is provided - In a basket you can listen to chosen МР3 tracks. (Under everyone МР3 track it is placed МР3 Flash Player, press the Button.)

• We advise, to put in a basket an RAR album from album page (there where players for listening of songs are placed.) In this case, you, being in a basket, can press the name and get on album page, again to hear to RAR album tracks.

• To close a basket and to return to shop, press a white dagger in the top right hand corner. Remember, if you leave a basket your chosen Products will stay there, until you will remove them. To go into a basket and leave it, you can over and over again, how you want.

• Despite considerable quantity of МР3 Ringtones, you can put safely Ringtones in a basket what you need. (To do a test selection of different Subjects of МР3 Ringtones.) After, having come into the basket, you can listen to all chosen Ringtones once again on MP3 Flash Players and to make correction of your choice. - (To remove, to add, to see the order sum, to count once again and etc.)

Compare selected Products (MP3 Ringtones)

• Being in МР3 Ringtones, use an option "compare" - put ticks in windows on those ringtones which you like. Then, above or in the bottom of page press the button "Compare selected Products" - you will see all Ringtones noted by ticks with Players for listening, can listen, compare...

Product Search

• Find your Artist, an album, a song, a Theme of MP3 Ringtones, one MP3 Ringtone, an item of Video Show or any music video…In the Catalogue or by "Search". Enter into a search window the correct name of a product and press to "find".

What is it - the Album in format RAR?

• It is one file in which there are MP3 files of an album, in that order how they are located on a shop show-window. And also, in archive there is a Tracks List of the Album with serial numbering of musical compositions. Having downloaded the Album and having made archive unpacking, you can change an order of songs in an album how you want. (The text information is in a popular format txt - in "Notepad").

• Before listening, unpack archives. - Use any archiver which supports a format    RAR – for example, popular WinRar, WinZip (which definitely are in your computer), etc. - After this, you can play files by MP3 Players.
• To buy an album in a format RAR, it is very convenient for you. You download only one file and at once receive all tracks of this album and the text information with numbering and the name of songs (compositions). Unpacking of the RAR file will occupy 30 seconds of your time. 

The information on video files

• Each video composition is presented in two variants: Hi-Fi - Resolution: 688x536 (the full screen) and PDA - Resolution: 320x240 (The screen size is like the YouTube standard).  Video format - Video codec: WMV3 - Audio codec: WMA. The WMV format is the most optimum for you. It can be used practically in the any Video Player.

• In the Hi-Fi Variant a size of a file is much more, than a PDA variant. (All technical parameters of files are specified on a shop show-window under each product.)

• To download files you can by your browser or the special programs supporting communication break .(Managers of loadings.)

• For downloading files of big sizes (video, musical albums), we advise to use special programs, type ReGet (www.reget.com).

• Video the file is opened for downloading In a current of seven days. 7 attempts for downloading are given to you.

The computer has failed or communication temporarily did not work. Whether I can load again the tracks bought by me?

• If the limit of loadings has remained, links to albums and tracks are active, you can download them once again.

The file is not loaded

• More often it happens because of the big loading on a server, there will be an error message. Try to download files later, If the situation is not corrected, write to us about all details (specify your login, a name of the Artist, the name of an album or a song which you cannot download). And also, you can send a code of an error.

How to create CD?

• For CD record, use special programs, for example: Nero Burning Rom, Easy CD Creator, etc

How and where I can download a file(s) after payment?

• You receive the information by e-mail about successful transaction and the link on which you can download the file(s) bought by you. (If transaction has passed not successfully, you also receive the information and the reason why a payment has not passed.) Also, you can dowload files in your Account.

• We do not guarantee that your equipment (the computer, the software, the communication line etc.) will satisfy for work with our site. You should provide compatibility of your equipment with our service.

• Downloading of files is carried out in one stream. The quantity of downloaded files simultaneously - is unlimited.
